Compliance
Staged right, disclosed right.
Automatic disclosure labeling. Every image can include a discreet 'virtually staged' label — the disclosure many MLSs and boards require. On by default, positioned tastefully.
We never alter the property. Furniture and decor only. Walls, floors, windows, fixtures, and layout stay exactly as photographed — so your listing photos stay honest and compliant.
Original + staged delivered together, so you can post the required unstaged versions alongside.
Built by a marketing compliance professional who's tired of seeing agents get burned by tools that repaint walls.
One extra showing pays for it fifty times over.
A fully staged 12-photo listing costs $19 — and staged photos are what stop the scroll on Zillow, Rightmove, and Property Finder.

FAQ
Questions
Is this MLS-compliant?
We give you the tools to stay compliant: disclosure labels, unaltered property structure, and originals delivered alongside staged versions. Disclosure rules vary by MLS/board — the label and original-photo delivery cover the most common requirements.
Will it look real?
Photorealism is the entire product. Correct perspective, matching light, believable shadows. If an image doesn't meet the bar, restyle it free — two restyles are included on every photo, on every plan.
Why so much cheaper than other services?
Because it's AI-first with compliance built in — no human editors marking up every photo. You get speed and price; the disclosure label, structure-preservation, and original+staged delivery are what keep it safe to publish.
What styles are available?
Modern and Scandinavian at launch, and you can mix styles across the photos in a listing at no extra cost — more styles added based on what early-access agents ask for.
What photos work best?
Standard listing photos: decent resolution, room mostly visible. Wide-angle shots are perfect. One rule: no people in the frame.
Do you change walls, flooring, or fixtures?
Never. Furniture and decor only. The property in the photo is the property the buyer visits.
Who's behind this?
A brand-marketing professional building the staging tool agents kept asking for: instant, affordable, and safe to publish.
Your next listing, staged before lunch.
Agents only for the first cohort. One email at launch.
